By proceeding with payment or using the concierge service, the vehicle owner agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Insurance & Liability

  • This promotion includes 3x standard servicing and 3x complimentary valet pickups/returns within 12 months of the purchase • Each valet cycle is estimated to take 24 hours.   • Promotion strictly applies to basic servicing (engine oil + filter change, fluid checks).
  • It does not include diagnostics, repairs, electrical work, performance upgrades, accident claims, or customisation.
  • Porschify Pte. Ltd. will use Porsche-approved oils and components at its sole discretion.
  1. Force Majeure
  • No liability shall be accepted for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
  • Supplier or shipping delays
  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Traffic or accidents
  • Governmental restrictions or workshop closure
  • Power or system failures
  1. Customer Obligations
  • Vehicle must be in safe, drivable condition at pickup.
  • All existing faults must be disclosed in advance. Undisclosed issues found later will be billed separately.
  • Personal belongings must be removed. Porschify Pte. Ltd. and Prem Roy Motoring Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for any lost item7. Non-Transferability
  • This promotion is strictly tied to the individual customer and their registered vehicle.
  • If the registered vehicle is sold or transferred during the validity period, the promotion becomes void and is non-refundable.
  • This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be used on other vehicles or by other persons.
  1. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
  • Any disputes shall be settled under Singapore jurisdiction.
  • Prem Roy Motoring Pte. Ltd. and Porschify Pte. Ltd. reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
